Our focus is on fair-chase hunting, giving hunters the challenge and reward of pursuing game in its natural environment. Species include kudu, gemsbok, eland, impala, springbok, blesbok, ostrich, and red hartebeest. All managed through sustainable quotas that protect both the animals and the land. Each hunt is guided by seasoned professionals who value safety, ethics, and respect for wildlife, ensuring an authentic Klein Karoo hunting experience.

At Rooiberg Wild, also part of Roos Boerderye, the focus shifts to conservation, eco-tourism and biodiversity. Among our achievements is the introduction of Roan antelope, the only successful program of its kind on this side of the Klein Karoo, as well as a thriving Sable antelope project, where these Princes of the Bushveld adapt to more arid conditions.

Our exotic springbuck breeding—King, White, Copper, and traditional colour morphs—enriches genetic diversity and supports long-term sustainability. All species are accustomed to human presence and vehicle interaction, reducing stress and allowing effective, low-impact management.
